WHY TRAVEL WITH CASH?

There are plenty of situations when you would want to have some cash available. Why is that? For starters, is comfortable, easy and reliable. And this tend to get more obvious abroad. Did you know that four out of five purchases in Europe are still made with cash? And in several other parts of the world, cash is even more common. Make sure you spend your holiday doing more fun things than looking for ATMs – make you currency exchange before your travel.

Cash is more common in other countries

Here, we rarely use cash, but that is not the case in other places. In many countries, cash is still the most common way to pay in restaurants, cafés, market places, stores and taxis or when using public transport. If you wish to give some tips, it is usually easiest to have some cash handy. 

In the Nordics, we are used to card payments, mobile payments or even paying with smart watches. However, in most of Europe things are looking differently and as much as 78 percent of everyday purchases are made using cash.
