Why we use ID scanners

Fake ID documents can cause great damage and have serious consequences for those affected. We use 365id Scanner, which is designed to stop identity fraud.

Legal Requirements

To comply with the law, we are required to record and retain a copy of your photo ID. At FOREX we scan your physical ID, which is stored securely in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. Therefore, please remember to bring physical photo ID. Unfortunately, we cannot accept digital ID solutions such as driver's license apps or similar alternatives.

ID scanner protects you against ID hijacking

The security solution Verified by 365id stops ID fraud by both verifying genuine passports, ID cards and driver's licenses and exposing the fake ones. When we ask for your ID, the system helps us:

  • Scan your driver's license, passport, or ID card
  • Verify the authenticity of your IDs
  • Check expiration date

Storage of personal data

We only store personal data that is linked to a scanned ID document that is deemed invalid or suspected to be forged. The data is stored for a maximum of 30 days and will only be used in the event of any complaints or criminal investigations. All personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
